Abstract
The motif of a Mongolian folktale moralizes that conclusion inferred from the repeated observation or particular instances causes trouble. Actually, this is core idea of the problem of induction and I recite some of famous puzzles faced when one tries supporting or justifying inductive methods that predict or infer, in Hume's words, that ''instances of which we have had no experience resemble those of which we had experience.''
