Some scholars consider the historical development of mentality as transition though three basic stages: chronology, interconnectedness and interdependence.
The term ''mentality'' is defined differently by researchers, however, in general, there are common understandings about the complex structures, which consists of rational and irrational elements and form the basis of social mentality framework, that is applied everywhere. Moreover, conditions of the world and the society have been changing continuously and the process of mentality development, relatively. Thus, we cannot refer to the process of mentality development as sustainable, it has been required to analyze and assess the behavior, tendency and orientation of mentality of any country, nationality and society.
