Abstract
To study on aspect of phenomena is one of the base or principal aspects of Buddhist religion and philosophy. In framework of the aspect, phenomena contains wide range of buddhist philosophical topics such as object of knowledge, permanent phenomena and impermanent phenomena, substantial and isolate phenomena, object and object possesors, existent and non existent, negative and positive, dualistic and non dualistic view etc. And matter and mind, dual aspect theory, two truths, interdependence. Hereby main focus of phenomena are taken at the conception of two truths in Buddhist philosophy's, in particular, in Mahayana tenets. Many sutras, commentaries, resources and remarkable study works had been done on the aspect including Oriental and Western scholars. Among study works, Agvaanbaldan (1797-1894) Lubsandashi gavji (XIX-XX century), Dandar agramba (1835-1915), Zava Lama Lubsandayan (-1937) etc. from Mongolia and contemprory buddhalogist scholars as professors as G.Lubsangtseren, D.Dagvadorje, Ch.Jugder, Th.Sodnomdargia, Lha.Terbish of Mongolia and Sherbatskoi I.F, Obermiller from Russia etc, as well as Daniel Perdue, Anne C.Klein, Robert Thurmen, Jeffrey Hopkins, Allen and Vesna Wallace from Virgina University, America, etc).
