Abstract
The problem of understanding finds in recent years, the growing significance of that is obviously due to the aggravation of geopolitical and social situation and the increasing permeate our age differences. Provision under which all understanding is the language problem and that it is achieved (or not achieved) in the medium of linguistic, in the evidence, in fact, does not need. All the phenomena of mutual consent, understanding and misunderstanding, which form the subject of the so-called hermeneutics, are linguistic phenomena.
