Abstract
Nowadays, teaching reforms in methodology have been made in our country including stimulation for independent and creative thinking by practicing mental exercises,intensive learning or compatibility for individual characteristics. However, there is still traditional teaching methodology persisting in the reality, where the knowledge flows from teacher to students by memorizing. Thus, the presentation aims to introduce how to apply the theory of cognitive developmental approach, problem solving theory, group encounter, moral skills training and what to consider at or how to organize training.
