Abstract
I have studied the new Kant's Legal Philosophy that did remarkable theoretical-methodical renovation in the development of legal thoughts. A new stage in the development of the new Kant's Legal Philosophy was achieved through connecting law to legal values and reviling differences between juridical and non-juridical laws. The new Kant's Legal Philosophy defined the role of law in society upon study of mutual dependence of the law and economics. This philosophy determined legal values which effected the separation of jurisprudence from the formalism and laid ground for the development of the legal theory.
