Abstract
In the Constitution of China, it is stated that “normal religious operation will be supported”.
It is the concept of accepting registered religion and rejecting the ones who is not registered
to the government. The religion that is not included in the normal ones called Xie Jiao, which
is translated into cult or evil cult in English. There are no regulations and laws that governs
cult in China. But it is regulated by crime and other certain laws. Main policy from the Chinese
government focuses on the operation of prevention, control and injunction, punishment.
