This article has covered the following ideas and conclusions.
Carl Gustav Jung is the first contemporary psychologist to study the human mind greater in depth and tried to explain clearly based upon the results and findings of the psychological researches of his time and on some religious sources.
C.G Jung's main idea was that scientific explanations are not enough for determining the human essence. He considered that new scientific and philosophical studies which could penetrate deeply into human consciousness would be required. As for C.G.Jung, main subject of this kind of research could be unconscious psyche.
He distinguished the unconscious psyche as the most important part of human mind. Moreover, he considered that the unconscious psyche plays more dominant role in human activities. In other words, in accordance with C.G.Jung, consciousness derives from unconscious psyche.
