Abstract
Totalitarism is, in fact, not only an independent form of political culture of a society but also a theoretical conceptual model. Ideological totalitarian political philosophy and thinking of people and creates negative outputs in a society. When the totalitarian value of a government and society dominates in the political culture, the faschist method changes and ''brain-washes'' people's mind and thinking while spreading through every aspect of society with its ideology. Totalitarian political culture is in fact a conscious biased and idealized reflection of a social reality.
